Track Name: A Record Of My Own Self Doubt
Drinking to forget
But I'm running out of money before memories
And if I haven't yet
I ask you to raise a glass to our anxieties

Drunk on lack of sleep and caffeine
Innapropriately laughing
Therapist says write it out
A record of my own self-doubt
All I see when I look down is broken nails and scratched up ground
The situation isn't helping, over tired and over thinking

How did it ever get to this?
And will it always be this way?

I'm swimming for shores that I'm sure I won't make
I'm taking these chances I'm sure I shouldn't take
I just need something good to celebrate
Or something bad to commiserate
Track Name: The River
I can feel your heartbeat from right across this crowded city
I take my mind from it by working days and only resting minutes
And by the time I sleep tonight I swear that I'll be finished
I've got London in my blood killing me like an infection would

This cities built on corpses that are washed down to it
Quiet lives in monochrome while they're choking on their repetition
When I'm always swimming down drown in lack of atmosphere
Well I'm alone in more than millions and no one can hear us scream

Take me down to the river throw me in
This cities had the best of me and I won't try to swim
We are the generation lost - fire burnt out in our hearts
This is an anthem of giving up and giving in

We're sick and tired and never right
We were washed up at 25
